Telemission is a service that brings together human expertise and technology to improve the feedback, marketing and automation loop for businesses. Whether you're testing a video game, managing a project, automating routine software actions, or evaluating user experience, Telemission offers two distinct modes to suit your needs: Moderated and Unmoderated.
Use Cases
What is Telemission?
At its core, Telemission allows a remote actor to carry out instructions while their actions and insights are shared in real-time with you. This creates a feedback loop where you can observe, analyze, and even guide the process as it unfolds. This powerful combination leverages the strengths of both humans and technology:
Human Intuition: Actors provide subjective insights, identify subtle nuances, and apply their unique experiences to the instructions.
AI Efficiency: AI handles data analysis, identifies patterns, and streamlines repetitive work, freeing up humans to focus on higher-level thinking.
Moderated Telemission
Moderated Telemission puts you in the driver's seat. You watch a live stream of the actor performing the initial instructions and have the ability to interact and give instructions in real-time. This is ideal for:
Playtesting: Directly guide the actor to specific parts of the game, ask them to try out different strategies, or focus on particular features.
UX Review: Instruct the actor to explore certain UI elements, complete specific user flows, or articulate their thoughts aloud as they interact with the interface.
Task Management: Observe progress on a specific task, offer guidance when roadblocks arise, and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Unmoderated Telemission
Unmoderated Telemission focuses on providing you with in-depth analysis and insights after the instructions are completed. The actor works independently, recording their actions and thought processes. You'll receive:
Detailed Reports: Actors compile detailed reports that go beyond just surface-level findings. They provide in-depth analysis, offering insights you may not have considered.
Video Recordings: Recorded sessions let you see the task performed from the actor's perspective, including any challenges or successes.
Ideal for Game Playtesting: Receive a complete record of the actor's gameplay experience, along with a detailed assessment of game design, mechanics, and overall enjoyment.
Suitable for Software Automation: Actors can record automated scripts or workflows, allowing you to identify optimizations and ensure consistent execution.
